Accelleron has received Products & Solutions certification under ClassNK’s Innovation Endorsement framework for the engine diagnostics platform Tekomar Xpert Engine and the associated compliance and reporting tool under Emissions Desk, both part of Accelleron’s Loreka360° digital suite.
The certification is considered to provide recognition of Accelleron’s digital capabilities from a global authority in the maritime industry. ClassNK’s Innovation Endorsement framework supports innovative initiatives, including new digital solutions, through third-party certification. Accelleron received the Products & Solutions certification following an examination of functions related to data acquisition, data handling and analytics, as well as relevant security documentation. The certification provides independent confirmation of the documented functionality and data processes of Tekomar Xpert Engine and Emissions Desk. These functions are designed to support operators in monitoring fuel efficiency, reporting emissions and making related operational decisions. The two solutions are currently deployed collectively on around 3,000 vessels.
Loreka360° Tekomar Xpert Engine assesses engine performance and delivers related advisory. The software can be used with any make and size of engine, giving operators visibility of engine operation, optimisation recommendations and the ability to benchmark performance across vessels and fleets.
Loreka360° Emissions Desk supports operators in converting vessel data into compliance reporting and insights that can help further reduce emissions. It relies on Tekomar Xpert Engine data – with further analysis by a team of experienced mariners – to deliver both emissions advisory and compliance reporting compatible with multiple regulatory requirements (including IMO and EU frameworks). The emissions reporting software underpinning Emissions Desk can transfer relevant data directly to the ClassNK MRV Portal.
The ClassNK Products & Solutions certification covers the functions of Tekomar Xpert Engine and Emissions Desk, recognising their intended application in energy-efficiency-related ship operations.

The Loreka360° suite includes OptiNav AI, a voyage optimisation solution using a human-in-the-loop approach from shore, and the hull and propeller performance solution OptiHull. Available as individual modules or as a complete suite, Loreka360° is intended to deliver a simple, comprehensive and integrated solution to support fleetwide optimisation and decarbonisation.
