UAE-based Goltens Worldwide, an independent provider of specialised repair and retrofit services to the marine and power industries, has opened a new service workshop in Batam, Indonesia.

This expansion strengthens Goltens’ presence in Southeast Asia and reinforces its commitment to delivering world-class engineering and service solutions to shipowners and operators across the region. Strategically located near Singapore, Batam has grown into a key hub for ship repair, retrofits, and conversions.
