SUNRUI SYSTEMS FOR UP TO TEN LNG VESSELS FOR SINGAPORE

China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC) company SunRui Marine Environment Engineering has signed orders with Lianyungang Shenghua Shipping Repairing & Building  for fuel gas supply systems (FGSS) for five 7380 dwt dual fuel refuelling vessels.

The shipbuilding contract includes an option for five more vessels.  The refuelling vessels have been ordered by Singaporean shipowner Singfar, and will operate in Singapore waters after delivery.

According to Sunrui, the order indicates that the whole series of SunRui FGSS products including Low-Pressure, High-Pressure, Self-Pressurised, and Pump-Pressurised systems have been well received in the global marketplace by well-known shipowners.

SunRui GM Fu Hongtian expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Shenghua, Singfar, and RINA for the trust, and promised to provide the highest quality product and service with the greatest sincerity in return. He hoped that this contract can serve as a great opportunity for extending further cooperation in future.

Shenghua chairman Pan Sheng said: “FGSS is one of the core systems of dual fuel vessel and it has been a demand for ship owners and shipyards to have a reliable, stable and trustworthy LNG FGSS partner. Through multiple technical exchanges with SunRui and site visit to SunRui FGSS land-based test facilities, we are expressed by their leading capabilities of design, production, supply, commissioning and service .”

Sunrui has developed multiple core LNG technologies including system principal design, tank design, cryogenic pipeline analysis, system analogue simulation. Its range of FGSS products includes Self-Pressurised, Low-Pressure, High-Pressure, and Pump-Pressurised systems for all types of LNG powered vessels.

The company has received FGSS orders from global ship owners and continues to grow its global presence in the FGSS industry. SunRui continues to research alternative fuel solutions, provide reliable products and services, and promote a vigorous development in the field of marine clean energy.
